Symposium Sponsorship

Be a proud sponsor of the ICEM – 2008 Conference by sponsoring a particular symposium.

With the Symposia Sponsorship, you will sponsor technical sessions that are the closest match to your fields of interest, products and services.

Your funding will assist with the involvement of very high profile speakers for each Symposium as well as to assist in funding specific Symposia in areas such as:
• reduction of speaker registrations
• supply travel support to speakers and students
• venue and auxiliary expenses

Symposium sponsor packages are listed below. Additional primary conference sponsorship packages and exhibitor packages are available on request.

Table Key:

Exhibition Booth: Exhibition booth in a prime location.
Registrations: These tickets allow full attendance to all symposia plus free attendance to the welcome reception but not including the conference dinner.
Symposium Tickets: Number of free pass to attend all of your chosen symposium.
Dinner Tickets: Number of free attendances in addition to full registrations to the official conference dinner.
Logo Display: Symposia sponsor recognition and company logo displayed in the following:
- Company logo and web link on official conference website.
- Company logo displayed on projection screen between Symposium proceedings
- Company logo in the official conference proceedings.
Advertising Materials: Company logo displayed on all marketing materials (hard and electronic copy) which advertise the Symposium. Also, opportunity to display prominent indoor signage in the Symposium room.
Satchel Inserts: All conference registrants will receive your hard-copy insert at the time of registration.
Symposium Presentation: A senior company representative will have the opportunity to make a 2 minute presentation during the Symposium opening.
Delegate List: List of symposium delegates for post conference marketing (subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act).

Symposium Sponsorship Packages

ALPHA

A minimum investment of $15,000.00 (plus 10% GST) applies for this Sponsorship level.

· Single exhibition space in a prime location
· Full registration for 2 delegates
· 5 passes to your sponsored symposium
· 2 additional tickets to attend the conference dinner
· A senior company representative will have the opportunity to make a 2 minute presentation during the Symposium opening
· Symposia sponsor recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the Symposium
· Opportunity to display prominent indoor signage in the Symposium room
· Company logo displayed in official conference proceedings
· 2 additional tickets to the conference dinner
· Company logo and web link on official conference website

BETA

A minimum investment of $10,000.00 (plus 10% GST) applies for this Sponsorship level.

· Opportunity to display prominent indoor signage in the Symposium room

A minimum investment of $7,500.00 (plus 10% GST) applies for this Sponsorship level.

· Maximum 1 free standing banner
· Company logo displayed in official conference proceedings

DELTA

A minimum investment of $5,000.00 (plus 10% GST) applies for this Sponsorship level.
