Exhibition Booth: Exhibition booth in a prime location.
Registrations: These tickets allow full attendance to all symposia plus free attendance to the welcome reception but not including the conference dinner.
Dinner Tickets: Number of free attendances in addition to full registrations to the official conference dinner.
Delegate List: List of symposium delegates for post conference marketing (subject to Privacy Act).
Logo Display: Symposia sponsor recognition and company logo displayed in the following:
· Company logo and web link on official conference website.
· Company logo displayed on projection screen between Symposium proceedings
· Company logo in the official conference proceedings.
Advertising Materials: Company logo displayed on all marketing materials (print and electronic copy) which advertise the Symposium. Also, opportunity to display company signage throughout the conference venue including in the main plenary auditorium.
Program Pages:
· Page or part page editorial/advertisement promoting your business posted on the conference website
· Page or part page editorial/advertisement in the on site delegate program
Satchel Inserts: All conference registrants will receive your hard-copy insert at the time of registration.
Membership: Corporate Membership of the EESA (or renewal of membership for existing members).
Verbal Acknowledgement: Official verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship at conference opening and closing
Full Presentation: A senior company representative will have the opportunity to make a 5 minute presentation during the conference opening:
· Platinum conference sponsorship recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the conference
· 3 minute DVD promo. Promotional DVD played twice whilst the Conference is in plenary mode. The DVD content is subject to organiser approval. The DVD will run either before or after a presentation or as delegates are entering or vacating the Plenary auditorium
· Opportunity to display prominent indoor signage at the venue positioned as Platinum Sponsor (subject to venue restrictions)

PLATINUM SPONSOR

50,000 (plus 10% GST)
Platinum Sponsorship is a premium opportunity for your organisation, offering an all encompassing opportunity to become strategically aligned with the Conference, Worldwide materials societies, conference partners and conference delegates.

Platinum sponsorship of this event will ensure maximum exposure and recognition throughout all stages of the event including pre-event marketing, on site promotion (both visual and verbal) and prolonged recognition of your organisation’s commitment to the conference and the industry sectors that it supports.

GOLD SPONSOR or SILVER SPONSOR

$25,000 (plus 10% GST) or $15,000 (plus 10% GST)

CONFERENCE DINNER SPONSOR

$20,000 (plus 10% GST)
Additionally:
· Company signage displayed at dinner (all signage subject to committee approval)
· 3 minute DVD promo. Promotional DVD played during the dinner. The DVD content is subject to organiser approval. The DVD will run at a time determined by Conference organisers
· ½ page company advertisement displayed on website
· 2 seats on the head table
· Company senior executive 5 minute speaking slot at the Dinner
· Company logo along with recognition of conference dinner sponsorship on official conference website
· Company signage displayed in pre-dinner drink area
· Company logo on dinner table menus and recognition on dinner table menu as official dinner sponsor

WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSOR

$10,000 (plus 10% GST)
Additionally:
· 15 complementary tickets to the Welcome event
· Company senior executive 5 minute speaking slot at the Welcome Event
· Company logo along with recognition of Welcome Event sponsorship on official conference website

CONFERENCE SATCHELS SPONSOR

$6,000 (plus 10% GST)
Additionally:
· Company name and Logo to appear on conference satchels

$6,000 (plus 10% GST)
· Full page advertisement in program booklet.
